UtilityHub AI provides free, client-side online tools. You own your files. We don't see them, don't store them, and never will.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the tools to break laws, attack systems, or process content you have no right to process. You are responsible for your own use of the platform.

3. Service availability

Tools are provided "as is" without warranties. We work hard to keep everything online and fast, but we're not liable for interruptions, bugs or output errors. Output should always be verified for critical use.

4. Accounts & Pro

Optional paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

5. Intellectual property

Output created with our tools belongs to you. The platform itself, its design and documentation are © UtilityHub AI.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the homepage and blog.
